what do you mean? they did that to encourage rivalry or something, personally I think it's alright.
Or did something changed but it's been that way for a couple years now unless you talk about something else.

Encourage rivalry, or have top teams knock each other out sooner and give shitty divisions better chances to win games? It's fucking stupid. I hated it when they announced it and still hate it now
