Oh yea, for the casters:

/equip [equipped: Mace] Staff of Disintegration
/stopcasting
/use Staff of Disintegration

Replace "Mace" with "Sword" or "Daggers."

Found out about the Pyros at the P4->p5 transition last night that gibbed us, its both a bug and not. If you take him to 50% while hes doing his Pyros, he'll become untargetable and finish his Pyros before doing his speech animiation.

Best way to handle this is to simply watch the Boss Mod timer and hold DPS if hes near 50% and wait for the Pyros, or to burn him under 50% before he Shock Barriers. Overall better control and watching of the Boss mod timers is whats needed in P4, less frantic screaming and more control and calm. Watching the timer on Phoenix rebirth and Shock Barrier helps too, if they're too close in sync we can kill the Phoenix early to kill the egg before a Shock Barrier.

I know I found myself a couple of times saying something on vent that didn't need to be said, or saying something that did need to be said in to urgent a tone/speed. I know this can set a raid on edge and I apologize.

I was wondering (as I am off in a corner healing Luthi I can't really see what is going on) did we have a tank with the Infinity Blade following Thaladred around to debuff him? My understanding (based on EJ thread) is that having a prot warrior follow him, and just run away just before the gaze CD is up will allow him to die much faster. This would really help us in the phase 3>4 transition.

Hirokal was applying the debuff when he could, like ushas says we just need to be calm and organized is all. We can kill him we just need to execute in a proper way without panic and we haven't honestly had him in phase 4 or 5 more than 4 times hopefully next round of tries we get click with it quick now that we know what to expect.
