I talked to him today; the new guild ends raid nights at 12:30am est, and it's killing him. He'd love to join us and play with his buddies on a more management schedule.

He'll be joining for Wednesday's raid and beyond, after hte lockout resets. Said he'll stay the weekend with his current guild and then give them the news on Sunday.

Should be a good pickup considering the flux in our healer situation (Nell's schedule, Steelzen's uncertainty).

Champ and Chomp. Love it.

I think hes pretty good, hes consistent, reliable, and dedicated. That being said, I'd prefer to let his app and trial process speak for themselves. I don't know much about healing, or shamans so my opinion doesn't mean a whole lot.

This post gets my endorsement, as he was easily one of the better players from our previous guild. That being said, his trial still needs to speak for itself - I have high hopes for him, but I'm not the one he has to impress.

Seemed to do well on Flamebender.

Hans & Fronz, he was a little behind on (https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/8k ... ng&fight=2), but everyone was struggling

Didn't notice anything notable aside from one fuck up tonight. Think he did well otherwise.

But, as spidey says, EVERYBODY GETS ONE.

I thought he did fine. He msged me after:
23:10 [Oliqc22#1623]: sorry about some dumb mistakes, getting used to a new raid group. I just need a couple adjustment.
23:10 [Pallinn]: all good you did fine
23:11 [Pallinn]: whats dif that i can help with
23:12 [Oliqc22#1623]: just used to have a set rotation on healing cds, just need to get used to the other healers so I don;t overlap with them
23:12 [Pallinn]: gotcha, i usually call the order and then let people do discretion
23:12 [Pallinn]: so like i did with you guys "java then orrok" at discretion
23:12 [Oliqc22#1623]: fair enough
23:13 [Pallinn]: unless its a fight like kromog or butcher where you needed a set order
23:13 [Pallinn]: generally we do lucci tranq -> tides, but depends on the fight and movement
23:13 [Oliqc22#1623]: gotcha
23:13 [Pallinn]: like kromog tide is a lot better so we use it first while we move
23:14 [Pallinn]: like there tom we prob can blow them early so theyre up again
23:14 [Pallinn]: and just have general order of the 3 of you
23:14 [Oliqc22#1623]: yeah if we cycle them we can have one up on pretty much every important parts
23:15 [Oliqc22#1623]: I'll just set up some of my addons so I can track them better
23:15 [Pallinn]: i use hermes or exorus raid tools
23:15 [Pallinn]: but ill call too
23:16 [Oliqc22#1623]: I use blood legion cooldown, but it's still set up from when I was calling out the cds so im tracking pretty much everything, i'll just cutomize it a bit and i'll be fine

He's been doing really well IMO. Not parsering as high as Java but that's cuz Java is a meter whore <3 But he's done every assignment he's needed to well and is putting up decent numbers without dying a lot. Fitting in well so far.

Started from the bottom now we here.

I do have less overhealing on every fight though, just sayin

But agreed, seems good.
