Also.. playing the Isles makes me nervous. They are a great team, but young. This is their 2nd playoff appearance in 8 years, hungry team. Their core doesn't have the playoff experience that Washington does. Even though the teams are close, I'd give the edge to Washington in 6 or 7 based on experience. Washington has done it plenty of times. I think the Isles will come into their own in the next 2-3 seasons and be very solid playoff team.

The ONLY Wildcard is Halak. I still remember the President's Cup season in 2010 and Halak stealing the first round from us. To this day I still don't like hearing that name.

Even healthy they are mostly a shit team with no depth this year. That ignores the fact that Fleury is mediocre at his best.

Hawks climb back from down 3-0 thanks to Darling to win in double OT. My heart can't take OT playoff hockey.
Habs/Sens is going to be a brutal series.

I'd like to point out that I said Crawford was shit. Standing with that. Unless Darling keeps it up and they keep riding him, Hawks won't do much. Crawford is a mediocre goalie behind a solid defense. Defense doesn't do well a night, and fucking hamster-cheeks falls apart.

We're having a good thing with Philly. Healthy rivalry. Boston is just trash and disrespectful, very aloof and arrogant.

Their team and management (who have now been fired) are really arrogant and had a holier than thou attitude for quite a few years. Now they've fallen back down to earth and you can't help but have a little schadenfreude.

As a Colorado fan I find it hilarious the year they hire Sacco is the year they miss the playoffs.
