Eh I've worn my Dallas jersey to Rangers games at MSG before and never got shit talked. Only a good natured heckling. It wasn't the playoffs though, maybe it was different.

Every team has it's idiots.

Last year I went to the Canadiens/Rangers game 3 and I sat next to a Canadiens fan. He was probably the only one in the area and most people were respectful. When we scored he got his jabs and when they scored nobody really bothered him. Could have been luck with the people around.

Actually there was one idiot that was being pretty rude but security took him away. I've been to Philly before for a few games and generally am left alone, probably helps that I go with Flyer fans to that game but still pretty stress-free from a heckling point of view.

It's all perspective / experience based. The experiences I've had have generally been negative (not all).

I'm just hoping for a good game. Win or lose, I just want to be on the edge of my seat.

Last night was great. I really wish they could've sent it to OT. So much pressure those last 9 minutes.

Eh, I just want this to be over now. I work with mostly DC people and they were running their mouths after every Caps win, even though the Rangers played better (kinda how game 6 went in reverse). Now, I just hope we win decisively and be done with the series. I was on the edge of the seat enough for just a 2nd Round series. Also, fuck Ovi's guarantee. He better try to do something of consequence again, even Nash is more clutch now. (With that said Ovi, just keep cruising like in olden days, that was great). Trash talking and heckling other fans is part of it. As long as nobody gets physically hurt or beer spilled it's all fun and games.

In regards to Ovi saying they will win, I want to know the context. What question was he asked to get that response. No player should say we are going to lose, have to have confidence.

Its another player on the Caps being asked how great is Hank and his response was of course that he thinks Holtby is better. Well of fucking course he does.

Context:

Post game interview with a reporter scrum asking him about Game 6. "We’re going to come back and win the series,” he said. “We’re going to play our game, and we’re going to come back and we’re going to play Montreal or Tampa."

He was also talking about it was an extension of Game 6 and how they almost came back in that game.

No doubt. The holding was weak, while the boarding could have been 5 as well, although it wasn't vicious. It was that stupid though.

Holding was caused by shit defense on his part. He's just not a food defenseman. The boarding would've been 5 in the regular season or if it was Tom Wilson.

I've advocated trading Green for years. Overpaid 3rd pairing D man.
