Getting a jump start on this for this year!

If we have enough people we can look in to a rental or block of rooms somewhere. In case, I've booked a room at Motel 6 as my cheapest fallback for the week (yay free cancellations!)

Let me know if you plan on going, and if so, how long you plan on staying! The convention itself is Friday Nov 3rd and Saturday Nov 4th. Last year I went for almost a week though (Weds-Mon) and I don't regret a second of it!

Tickets go on sale super soon, 4/5 and 4/8. You can buy up to 4 tickets per person, so we'll want to figure out exactly how many tickets we need as a guild, we can coordinate

Tickets: $199 + tax
Rental: Right now looking at rentals between $300-$500/night, up to 11 people, for Oct 31-11/5. If we get 10 people to go in on it, max would probably be $300/person. Of course I would coordinate based on how long someone is staying etc.
Flights: Southwest was super cheap for me last year, $210 for a roundtrip flight directly to LAX with 2 bags
Transportation: I probably spent a couple of hundred dollars on ubers but it was still cheaper than a rental car
Food: I honestly don't know, I was on a liquid diet that week

Budget Timeline:
4/5: $199+tax for ticket
7/31: Payment to Jules for the house *no exceptions*, amount TBD
10/15: Liquor/food fund, amount TBD

House is booked Oct 31-Nov 5 but a lot of people said they'd rather check out on Monday (instead of 10am the day after the con,) so if enough people would rather do that I'll adjust the rental
