We'd been making good progress on Heroic Blackhand the past few weeks, including a 4% wipe on a last pull that left us a bit heartbroken. We knew we were close, and after a few days of resting our weary bones, we went in Sunday and nabbed a controlled kill in relatively short order to finish off Heroic BRF once and for all:

With a ton of time still left in the night before us, we decided to head back to Mythic Highmaul to settle some unfinished business. Before BRF laucnhed, we managed to get Brackenspore Mythic down to around 30% before shifting our focus to the new bosses with higher reward/time ratios. After a full pulls to reacquaint ourselves with the positoining and mechanics, we were able to last those few extra minutes we needed to see him die:

With still more time on the night, we decided to give Butcher a few pulls, fogiromg we probably well overegeared the Berserk by now. After some helpful tips from Cwrush regarding strategy and positioning, we realized pretty quickly that we weren't far off from a kill. A few minor adjustments and Java's epic 24k Ele DPS pushed us over the top, nabbing our 3rd progression kill of the night:

What a night! It had been quite a while since we had such a successful progression night, probably dating back years into Cata considering our absence in MOP. It felt really nice to have one of those nights where everyone was on point and focusing again, and having our efforts rewarded with tangible kills. Great job everyone; here's to more nights like that in the near future as we continue to get back into progression raiding form.
