After downing Firefighter last week, went back in anticipating some trouble getting the repeat kill (the second kill is always the hardest). We were pleased to find that easily two-shot it, and were able to move on to the last remaining Hard mode between us and Algalon.. Freya +3.
Revising our strat a bit, we made solid headway Wednesday night, but weren't able to procur a kill. We recognized our issues and how to fix them, and walked in tonight rested and with slight tweaks to our strategy and approach. An hour later, we were rewarded with the oh so wonderful sight of guild spam achievements:

Seeing as we had spent time getting Yogg One-Light down a few weeks back, this was also the last Hard Mode we needed for our Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider achievements! We went and did Iron Dwarf Medium Rare for those who got Freya's achievements, and were rewarded kindly with our [item]Reins of the Ironbound Proto-Drake[/item].
Last but not least! To cap off this busy night, we nicely one shotted Yogg 1 Light. In the process, our resident Fragment collector, Nightfright, was able to turn in his 30 shards and was kindly rewarded with our first [item]Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings[/item]!

Thank you guys for the wonderful performances you brought tonight. We've come along way since only 6 months ago to claim our server first Glory, and to be the first guild on the server to unlock Algalon. He awaits!
