New website, kinda.

After a couple long hours of work, I was finally able to make the new front page of the website to work.
It is now integrated into the forums so that it is MUCH easier to post news.
If you cannot see the new site properly, go to your forum Profile, and select the "SF Test" style.
I will work on some of the colors and images over the next few days to make things fit together better.
These changes shouldn't cause any downtime.
If you should find any bugs with the new site or have any sugestions, please post in this thread.
